Our Service

For a high economic performance, all components of the welding manufacturing must be optimally adjusted to each other. This includes the welding machine as well as the filler materials and the shielding gases. Here the selection of the shielding gases adapted to the particular task is the alpha and omega.

To meet these requirements, we will support you in the development of possible solutions with our specialists on site.

 

The Service in Detail

The full utilization of the physical and chemical properties of the gases makes it possible, to join metals and alloys in high quality. Due to the always growing requirements on quality and productivity, the selection of the optimal process in each case and the suitable gases demands specific know-how and longtime experience, because a whole set of factors are to be considered.

Our specialist consultants will

• examine and evaluate your applied gas in fulfilling your welding tasks
• introduce gases with optimal welding properties to you in your factory
• leave the gas to you for a field trial for a limited period
• present the advantages of the applied gases in a report.

In case a task cannot be completed on site, we will then continue to work on it in our welding pilot plant. In the tests we will use your workpieces and filler materials. We will provide our installations and welding equipment as well as the specifically developed gases with the right purity and composition for your tests.
