Alix^TM Reflow Audit

This service provides a full inspection of residual oxygen in your reflow furnace, to ensure the stable and reliable soldering atmosphere. The auditing will be carried out by experienced technician with special equipment.

 

Following will be done by Alix^TM reflow audit: 

►While furnace idle:

• Measurement of nitrogen consumption via independent mass flow meter
• Atmosphere analysis at different sampling ports
• Oxygen profile along furnace length
• Search for possible air ingress
• Safety evaluation of working place
• Flow rate optimization according to oxygen content: setting of flow distribution between zones in order to:

              1.Increase atmosphere quality

              2.Decrease overall nitrogen flow

 

►While furnace in production:

• Influence of PCB processing on oxygen content
• In case of O₂ content worsening, new flow rate adjustments

 

Finally, customer will get a comprehensive report, and for each auditing, we will creat a data center for specific customer.
