HSE Supervisor / Manager(ALCH)

Responsibilities:

1.         Develop and facilitate Air Liquide China HSE program with regional HSE teams, such as safety monthly topic, behavior safety visit, road safety, near miss, etc.

2.         Adapt, develop and maintain Air Liquide China safety training package, including training material, test paper, feedback and safety training subject.

3.         Develop and maintain AL China HSE procedures, collect the feedback and facilitate with regional HSE teams.

4.         Safety database develop and analysis, promote safety communication and safety culture.

5.         Participate in regional safety visit and audit. 

Requirements:

1.         Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering or Safety Engineering  

2.         5-8 years working experience in safety management, preferred in chemical industry.

3.         Fluent in both oral and written English.

4.         Willing to travel.
